An Afton woman reported this week to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department that she is out nearly $7,000 after paying for work that was not completed at her residence.
The Middle Creek Road woman said that in April she paid the suspect $6,860 to do work at her house. The suspect has still not completed the job. The victim has asked the suspect to refund her money, but he is not replying to any of her messages.
The suspect was identified in the Sheriff’s Department report.
