A Greystone Road victim reported she recently had a woman do work inside of her home and believes the suspect stole from her purse and made a purchase with her card.
The victim spoke with deputies on Thursday evening and said the suspect had a friend outside. While the suspect was inside of the victim’s home, the victim was outside talking to the friend. She believes the suspect, who was named in the report with an unknown last name, stole a debit card out of her purse and $100 during the time she was outside.
According to the report, there was an alert from the bank stating fraud was detected and the card was used for $462 at a store but the payment was blocked by the Fraud Department. The victim believes the woman that worked for her stole her card and used it at the store.
