A woman was arrested Tuesday on charges of forcing her way into a residence. But one of two residents living there was also arrested on fugitive from justice charges.
The Sheriff’s Department responded to a call just after 9 am to a Carpenters Chapel Road home in Mosheim. Chad Bolinger and Mary Oliver reported they were asleep when Tracie Hutson tried to force her way into the home. Hutson, who had lived there earlier, was only allowed to return to pick up her belongings. When she was apparently not allowed entry soon enough, she kicked the door, causing damage to the door and door frame.
Hutson was charged with Vandalism and Aggravated Criminal Trespassing.
During the investigation , deputies discovered Mary Oliver to be wanted on a fugitive from justice warrant out of Faulkner County, Arkansas.
Both women were taken to the Greene County Detention Center to await Sessions Court hearings today.
