A woman reportedly attempted to steal a mattress from Walmart on Sunday afternoon.
An asset protection agent for Walmart reported to the Greeneville Police Department the woman loaded a mattress and a Keurig coffee maker into a cart. She then passed all points of sale, but was stopped. She left the items, which are valued at $500, and fled the store.
The suspect was seen leaving in an older model red Jeep Cherokee.
