A warrant arrest was made on Crescent Drive Wednesday after a female was seen passed out next to a pond.
The woman, Kimberly R. Penley of Greeneville, was reportedly sitting on a bench, slumped over next to the pond at a park. Once officers arrived they found Penley to have a warrant out for child support. After the warrant was confirmed by the Sheriff’s Office, she was placed under arrest and transported to Greene County Detention Center.
Penley is being held on a $3,800 cash bond or until September 25th, 2023.
