A woman was arrested Monday evening for public intoxication after reportedly soliciting money.
The Greeneville Police Department responded to Towne Square Package Store on West Summer Street around 7:45 PM on the report of a woman who appeared under the influence asking for money. The woman, identified as Ivey Stills, appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Stills thought she was at the beach in Miami and appeared to be talking to herself. According to the report, she admitted to using meth.
Stills was transported to the Greene County Detention Center for public intoxication.
