A woman was arrested Friday with False Imprisonment after allegedly confining two people inside of her gated property on Weems Chapel Road in Mosheim.
The woman, Audrey Nelms was standing at the closed gate when deputies arrived. She was reportedly refusing to let two people leave the premises until they took down a dog lot. Nelms was asked multiple times by deputies to move from the gate and let the two people leave but refused, according to the report.
Officers were detaining her for knowingly confining both victims but she was pulling away as officers were taking her into custody. She was eventually arrested and only charged with False Imprisonment.
