A Greeneville woman was arrested Tuesday after she was reportedly found passed out in a vehicle at a gas station on West Main Street.
Officers received a call from the complainant who said the woman was parked for more than an hour and a half. When officers arrived they reportedly found Angela D. Smith behind the wheel, still passed out with the vehicle running.
The report states officers tried waking Smith up for several minutes and she finally woke up but as she was being questioned she fell back asleep. Smith eventually was asked to step out of the vehicle for sobriety tests, which she allegedly performed poorly on.
During a search, a pipe with residue was located in her purse as well as Narcan. She was placed into custody and charged with Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Driving Under the Influence.
