A 12 inch water line break was repaired on Church Street this morning , but road detours on either side of York Drive from Holly Creek to Bernard were in place for much of the morning as the Greeneville Water Commission finished cleanup and road repair in that area.
Water Commissioner Laura White says crews responded around 3:30 am to the break.
