Two warrant arrests were made on Saturday.
Around 1:00 PM Saturday, officers saw a male and female walking on East Andrew Johnson Highway. The officer reportedly recognized the woman as Ellen Reagan, of Chuckey, who had an active warrant for Violation of Probation in Greene County.
Reagan and the man got into a car, after which officers initiated a traffic stop. Reagan was placed under arrest for her violation of probation and was transported to the Greene County Detention Center.
Around 10:00 PM Saturday, police observed a white Toyota Corolla fail to stop for the stop sign at West Church and Cutler Streets.
The car was stopped and the driver, Christopher Deyton of Chuckey, showed to be a suspended driver. A check also found a passenger in the vehicle, Brooklyn Romines, of Burkey Road, had an active warrant for Violation of Probation.
Romines was taken into custody and transported to the Detention Center. Deyton was issued a summons for sessions court on Monday for driving on a suspended license and running a stop sign.
