Multiple bottles of cough medicine were stolen from Walgreens® early this morning.
At around 2 o’clock this morning, Greeneville Police Responded to a report of shoplifting at Walgreens on East Andrew Johnson Highway.
The complainant stated that three males and two females entered the store and emptied nine bottles of Walgreens brand Cold and Cough High Blood Pressure Medication. The suspects then allegedly took the products to the store restroom and emptied the boxes before leaving in a red pickup truck.
The estimated value of the stolen items is listed at 63 dollars. The investigation is continuing.
