There were injuries reported in a two vehicle wreck on Snapps Ferry Road Thursday.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol’s preliminary report, around 6:30 PM Thursday, a black Ford Fiesta was on Afton Road at a stop sign and entered Snapps Ferry Road as a Nissan Sentra driven by 37-year-old Walter Knight, was passing.
The Nissan slid across the roadway, struck a guardrail, overturned down an embankment, and came to a final rest after striking a utility pole. The report showed that Knight was uninjured in the wreck. However, the driver of the Fiesta, 34-year-old Leah Green had minor injuries.
THP’s report also indicated that there were no charges pending.
