Two people were charged with driving with a suspended license following a wreck on Tuesday night.
The Greeneville Police Department responded to the accident at the South Main Street and West Summer Street intersection around 11:20 PM Tuesday.
A vehicle driven by Kenyel D. Jones of Bledsoe Hollow Lane in Mosheim reportedly slid through the red light at the intersection and struck another vehicle driven by Travis C. Jackson of Alderman Drive in Greeneville.
Both Jones and Jackson were discovered to have suspended driver’s licenses. They also did not have insurance.
Jones and Jackson were both issued criminal summons for driving on a suspended license and violaton of the financial responsibility law. Jones was also charged with running a red light.
