TVA says it is ready for the cold weather ahead.
Jim Phelps says TVA is approaching the one year anniversary of Winter Storm Heather, during which TVA successfully met an all-time record peak power demand of 34,577 megawatts.
That record was set at 9 am on January 17, 2024.
