Two arrests for drug violations were made Thursday night, after police stopped a Pathfinder for having a headlight out and expired registration.
The stop happened around 9:00 PM Thursday. The driver, Charmin Dykes of Telford, was also found to not have a valid license and the vehicle did not have insurance.
According to the report, upon searching the vehicle, in the back seat a black zip bag was found with 4 syringes, baggies, a plastic container containing a crystal-like substance, a baggie with a rock-like white substance that did test positive for fentanyl, and a set of scales.
Two baggies continaing a crystal-like substance consistent with Meth were reportedly found on a passenger in the vehicle, Kelley Whitehead of Chapel Street.
Dykes was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Whitehead is being charged with sale, manufacturer and delivery of Methamphetamine, and of Fentanyl, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
