Police initiated a traffic stop on the East Andrew Johnson Highway at Industrial Road Friday just after 1:00 AM, for a headlight out.
While speaking to the driver, identified as Timothy Crum of Shallow Creek Lane, officers reported an odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle.
A search of Crum located a large amount of cash on his person as well as empty baggies.
Found in the car was a green baggie containing a white crystal like substance consistent with Methamphetamine.
Crum was placed under arrest for sale and delivery of schedule II drugs, as well as several other charges.
