Just after midnight this morning, police stopped a vehicle traveling with a headlight out on East Andrew Johnson Highway.
The driver was identified as Joshua Owens, of Manchester, Tennessee. A records check showed Owens to have a revoked driver’s license. Owens also failed to show proof of insurance.
Officers issued Owens a summons for driving on a revoked license first offense, lights required on motor vehicle, and failure of financial responsibility law.
