Today is Election Day. Polls in Greene County will be open from 9 am until 8 pm. Radio Greeneville will have complete results when the polls close on all of our radio stations, 99.5 WGRV , 103.1 WIKQ and 95.5 WSMG
In addition to the Presidential race, there are some other names on the ballot locally and federally.
Also on the local ballot today, Republican and incumbent David Hawk is opposed by Independent Rebecca Anderson for the District 5 Tennessee House of Representatives seat.
In the City of Tusculum , Barbara Britton and Alan Corley are unopposed for their commissioner seats. The Board elects its’ own Mayor. Corley is currently serving in that position.
Republican and incumbent Marsha Blackburn, Democrat Gloria Johnson and Independents Tharon Chandler and Hastina Robinson are seeking the U.S. Senate seat for this area.
Republican Incumbent Diana Harshbarger is challenged by Democrat Kevin Jenkins, and Independents Richard Baker and Levi Brake for the District 1 US House of Representatives spot.
