The Tennessee Highway Patrol has scheduled another car seat check event in Greeneville this week.
Trooper Joe McNulty, who organizes the events, says the biggest car seat check yet will be held this Saturday from 11 am until 2 pm in the Big Lots parking lot on East Andrew Johnson Highway.
There will be multiple agencies involved with all kinds of equipment for children to check out while car seat technicians are ensuring their car seats are properly secured. Multiple tents will also be set up in the event of rain.
No pre registration is required and the public is invited to the free event.
