Theft from a motor vehicle was reported on Sunday on Shiloh Road.
The victim stated sometime overnight her vehicle was broken into. The report from Greeneville Police Department stated the glove box was found open and there was a pink backpack missing. The backpack contained a Dell Laptop belonging to Greene County Schools, that was also stolen. The victim believes the car might have been left unlocked.
No damage was made to the vehicle and no suspect was known at the time of the report.
