A Telford woman has been charged for stabbing her husband during an altercation last week
47 year old Jamie Lynn Hunt was charged by the Washington County Sheriff’s Department with Aggravated Domestic Assault last Friday.
According to Sheriff Keith Sexton, Deputies responded to the 100 block of John Carson Road shortly before 9 p.m. on Friday evening. The victim had blood on his pants and a towel over his midsection. He advised his wife had stabbed him. Deputies found a wet knife with blood specs on it in Hunt’s purse, which was located in the couple’s bedroom. The victim was transported by EMS to a local hospital for treatment.
Deputies took Hunt into custody without incident and transported her to the Washington County Detention Center. She is being held without bond and was scheduled for a court appearance today.
