A Telford man was arrested for aggravated domestic assault and kidnapping on Wednesday, April 1.
Washington County deputies responded to a call of someone in distress at a residence on Browning Road. Deputies arrived shortly before 4:00 pm Wednesday. The victim said she had been assaulted over the course of the previous night and was not allowed to leave the camper. 33-year-old Thomas Robert Scott Jr. was still on the scene and taken into custody.
Scott was booked into the Washington County Detention Center and held without bond. He was due in court on Thursday, April 2.
