A teen was flown for treatment of his injuries after falling out of a pickup truck bed Monday afternoon.
Mosheim Police Chief Dustin Jeffers said that the male fell from the rear of a pickup at West Greene High School around 12:18 PM. He was flown by Lifestar to UT Medical Center in Knoxville and was in critical but stable condition Monday evening..
The Mosheim Police Department is continuing their investigation.
