The Tennessee Department of Health’s latest COVID-19 data report shows that Greene County had no new COVID-19 deaths.
The TDH releases COVID-19 data on a weekly basis for the previous Sunday through Saturday period.
In the new data released this week, which shows the period of Sunday, January 15 through Saturday, January 21, a total of 131 new COVID-19 cases were reported. The previous week, a total of 143 new cases were reported. The cases reported by the TDH do not include home tests.
No new hospitalizations were reported for the county for the week of January 15 through January 21.
Greene County’s death total remains at 412 since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
