A “Take 5” Oil Change will be built on four soon-to-be vacant adjacent parcels on East Andrew Johnson Highway near the Fairgrounds Circle intersection.
Signal light adjustments, with costs being the responsibility of the property owner, will be required to allow for better traffic flow around the new business.
David Berry, who owns other similar properties in the Tri-Cities, addressed the Municipal Planning Board prior to their formal approval.
