Farm equipment that was reported stolen from a property on the 107 Cutoff was later recovered.
The victim told the Greene County Sheriff’s Department that he discovered his hay baler missing from a barn on the property on Monday. He was later notified that the baler was spotted at West Main Recycling. The victim confirmed that it was his baler.
The employees of West Main Recycling gave deputies a ticket that identified the person who dropped off the baler, which is valued at $3,000.
A warrant for theft of property has been taken out against the suspect.
