The Special Committee On Land/Property Issues has forwarded a Road Frontage Resolution to the Greene County Planning Commission for their consideration.
That is the next step toward being able to grant some relief to land locked property owners unable to obtain building permits due to current zoning regulations.
Should the resolution be approved by planners during their meeting next Tuesday, the resolution will be on the agenda for the Greene County Commission to consider when it meets on December 15th.
