The Greene County Sheriff’s Department, in partnership with the Drug Enforcement Administration, will host the National Drug Take-Back event on Saturday, October 28 from 10 AM until 2 PM.
Officers will be set up at West Greene High School in Mosheim and at Walmart on East Andrew Johnson Highway.
The disposal sights are free and anonymous for consumers with no questions asked. Needles, sharps, asthma inhalers, liquids and illicit drugs will not be accepted at the drop off locations.
