Several local planning commissions will hold their monthly meetings on Tuesday.
The Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission meets at 9:30 Tuesday morning at the Greeneville Energy Authority building, where they will consider a subdivision into four parcels of land at the intersection of the Asheville Highway and Sunrise Drive. Two rezoning requests will also be heard, along with a presentation by the Mattern & Craig engineering firm on the traffic study of the area of the 11-E bypass from the Erwin Highway to the Greeneville/Tusculum city limits.
The Greene County Regional Planning Commission meets Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 at the courthouse annex, and will consider a number of small replat requests and minor subdivisions.
The City of Tusculum Planning Commission will consider phase 2 of the Pioneer Crossing subdivision, which will consist of 13 lots along Greenwood Road off the Erwin Highway. That meeting will begin at 6:00 Tuesday night at City Hall.
