Renovation work and addition of a drive-thru at the Subway location at 604 Asheville Highway location was granted preliminary and final approval by the Greeneville Regional Planning Commission Tuesday.
Plans are for a concrete drive thru addition, a new dumpster enclosure, new drainage structures, restriped parking stalls and landscaping to the site.
