Radio Greeneville News Director Bobby Rader received his award Saturday, having been named to the 2026 Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame by the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters. The Hall Induction ceremony was held last night at Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, Tennessee.
As first spotlighted here in May, Bobby’s second stint as News Director at Radio Greeneville began in October of 2024. He previously served in that position with Radio Greeneville from 1993 until 2008.
He is also an award-winning sports announcer, twice having been recognized by the Associated Press as Tennessee Play-By-Play voice of the year.
Bobby and his wife Pam live in Greeneville, as do two of their daughters Faith and Courtney, while Bethany lives in Knoxville.
