A Chuckey woman was arrested Tuesday for public intoxication at the entrance of the Greeneville Community Hospital East.
The Greeneville Police Department responded a found the woman, Andrea Rosales Gomez, rolling around in the grass. Gomez reportedly told officers she owned the hospital property and had the deeds with her. The report says she was making erratic movements, didn’t make any sense, and had slurred speech. She did admit to taking Meth in the past couple days.
The officer believed Gomez to be under the influence and placed her into custody for her safety and the safety of others. She was also charged with a warrant arrest.
