Abby Adkins scores four consecutive goals to put Greeneville on top of the table in District 2. The Lady Devils had 16 shots on goal, while their defense limited the Falcons to only 2, of which were turned away by Lily Evatt to preserve the shutout.

GOLF:
The Greene Devil golf teams traveled to Patriot Hills Tuesday and came away with a pair of wins.
Landon Aldridge carded a 38 to win medalist honors for the day, leading Greeneville to 159 and a win over Seymour (163) and Jefferson County (180). Bryce Guinn’s 39, Bryson Ricker’s 40, and TJ Coles’ 42 rounded out the Greene Devils’ top scores.
Brylee Catron shot a 36 for the ladies, while Kylee Renner came I with a 40.
Up next for the Devils will be a three-way match with Morristown East and West on Thursday at Link Hills.
The South Greene Rebels claimed the top spot once again in an all County match up Tuesday, the Rebels fire a 172, driving past West Greene’s 180. Kolben Gregg of South Greene finishes as medalist for a fifth time shooting 37. North Greene finished third, followed by Chuckey-Doak.
