Phyllis Isbell from West Greene Middle School has been named the Judy Thompson Phillips Lifetime Contribution To Education Award winner in the Greene County School System.
Isbell has been an educator for the past forty years.
The announcement of the award took place during the Board of Education meeting at Chuckey Doak on Thursday.
