A large outbuilding was destroyed by fire just before 11:00 AM this morning on Oak Hill Road, off the Rogersville Highway.
An outbuilding was engulfed in flames when fire fighters arrived. The fire had also begin to spread to an a adjacent mobile home. Firemen were able to peel back the roof of that structure, and limit fire damage to the eave and ceiling area of a bedroom. The outdbuilding and its contents were a total loss.
The Mosheim and Town of Mosheim Volunteer Fire Departments responded, as did EMS, Greeneville Light & Power, and the Greene County Sheriff’s Department.
