If you didn’t know him as the Lance Cracker man , you probably just knew him as Oscar, but chances are you knew Oscar Payne.
Oscar was retired from Lance after 30 years. He passed away Monday at the age of 89.
A celebration of life at Doughty Stevens is Satuirday at 2 following visitation from Noon till 2. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens.
