One person was injured in an accident this morning on East Andrew Johnson Highway at the intersection with American Road, near Plus Mark.
The wreck occurred around 11:15 AM when a Chevrolet Cruze driven by 28-year-old Christopher Wolff was traveling westbound. A Honda Odyssey driven by 37-year-old Makita Cullen was attempting to use the cross over from American Road to go eastbound on East Andrew Johnson Highway.
According to the report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Cullen failed to yield the right of way to Wolff. Wolff’s car then struck Cullen’s van in the left rear side.
Wolff was injured in the wreck, while Cullen was not injured. There were no charges listed in the THP report.
