A Mosheim man was arrested Thursday afternoon with theft of Dodge Truck from a John Bird Road address.
A witness told officers he saw a male in his backyard and called out to him. The male jumped a fence at that time, and ran through another yard. The male was later identified as Peyton Fugate, who then stole the Dodge Pickup and drove it to the Mosheim Police Department.
Mosheim police department made the arrest and transported Fugate to the Greene County detention center for multiple charges, including Motor Vehicle Theft. The victims were contacted by the Mosheim police and recovered their vehicle.
