LCG Development International will celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of ONE Lancer Center on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at 132 West Depot Street in downtown Greeneville. Complimentary heavy hors d’oeuvres will follow the ceremony.
The event will also be held in coordination with Property Advisors, which serves as the property manager for ONE Lancer Center and has assisted with planning and coordinating the grand opening celebration.
ONE Lancer Center marks the first development project completed by LCG Development International and represents a major step in the continued revitalization of Greeneville’s downtown corridor. Located along West Depot Street, the redeveloped building brings together professional office space, retail opportunity, and community-focused meeting space.
The project was designed to create a polished, active, and useful downtown destination while preserving the character of the existing building. The property includes second-floor office suites, a ground-floor retail space, a common lobby area, and an Innovation Room which will have its name unveiled at the ceremony. The Innovation Room will serve as flexible meeting and event space available for business, civic, and community use.

The grand opening also represents a unique entrepreneurial milestone for Sams, who launched Lancer Capital Group and began development of ONE Lancer Center while pursuing his undergraduate degree at East Tennessee State University. Sams graduated from ETSU in May with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics, making the project both a professional and personal milestone as he begins his full-time role leading the company.
ONE Lancer Center will serve as the home of Lancer Capital Group Enterprises, LCG Development International, the development-focused arm of Lancer Capital Group, as well as Lancer Capital Group Foundation, which supports local JROTC cadets through scholarships, leadership development, and educational opportunities. Property Advisors, property manager for ONE Lancer Center and one of the region’s leading real estate and property management firms has relocated its home office to ONE Lancer Center. The building is also intended to support entrepreneurs, small businesses, community partners, and downtown visitors through its office, retail, and meeting space offerings.
Community members, local officials, business leaders, tenants, project partners, and members of the public are invited to attend the ribbon cutting, enjoy complimentary heavy hors d’oeuvres, and tour the building following the ceremony.
