Highlands II airlifting a patient involved in a lawnmower accident Wednesday afternoon to an area hospital for treatment.
The Tusculum Volunteer Fire Department responded to the call around 2 pm to set up a landing zone.
Greene County EMS and the Greene County Sheriff’s Department also responded.
A accident report is expected later this morning.
