One person was flown by Highlands Air Rescue after a two car accident Wednesday afternoon on West Andrew Johnson Highway.
The accident happened around 1:45 PM at the intersection of West AJ and Hal Henard Road. At least one person was taken by EMS by ground for treatment of injuries. A person who was reportedly a passenger in one of the vehicles was flown by Highlands, which landed in the Harvest Restaurant parking lot.
Greeneville Police, EMS, Greeneville Fire Department, and the Greeneville Emergency & Rescue Squad responded.
