A man with a warrant from Ohio was arrested Tuesday after he was found by the Greeneville Police Department at a Laundromat on Old Stage road in Greeneville.
The man identified as Scott Seymore from Ohio, Cleveland, was seen sitting in a Laundromat with his luggage at about 11:30 AM on Tuesday. The office made contact with him while searching for a theft suspect, and learned he had a warrant for a violation of probation from a felony assault charge in Cleveland, Ohio.
According to the report, Seymore fled the state of Ohio to keep from being apprehended on the warrant. He was charged with Fugitive from Justice in order to hold him until Ohio officers could pick him up.
