An Ohio man died in a single vehicle crash on I-81 in Greene County Friday afternoon.
A Tennessee Highway Patrol issued this afternoon indicates 48-year-old Shaun Snyder of Ohio died in the crash near mile marker 47 southbound just after 4:20 PM Friday.
According to the THP report, he was operating a 2023 Harley Davidson motorcycle which left the roadway and struck a tree near the Jeraldstown Road/ I-81 overpass.
The motorcycle then went airborne before coming to rest on Jeraldstown Road.
No other information was included in the report.
