The Niswonger Performing Arts Center (NPAC) proudly announces its 2026-2027 Season, featuring 32 exciting performances. Tickets go on sale July 6 at 10 AM and can be purchased online at NPACgreeneville.com, in person at the NPAC Box Office, or by calling 423.638.1679.
From country and classic rock to theatrical productions and family programming, NPAC continues its tradition of bringing premier entertainment to Greeneville. The season kicks off on August 22 with the return of Rick Springfield, followed by recent American Idol winner Hannah Harper on September 12.
The lineup includes stellar country acts sure to thrill fans of all styles of country and Americana music. Artists include Grammy® winner Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives, American Idol runner-up John Foster, Tennessee troubadour Larry Fleet, Clay Walker, and a cappella sensation Home Free. A special and poignant evening awaits as Randy Travis takes the stage with James Dupré, the vocalist personally selected to perform Travis’s iconic hits alongside his original touring band.
Classic rock fans will have plenty to enjoy this season, including Rick Springfield, Little River Band, Tommy James and the Shondells, and Southern rock legends Blackberry Smoke. Audiences can look forward to Celtic-infused rock from internationally acclaimed bagpipe troupe The Red Hot Chilli Pipers. Mickey Dolenz of The Monkees will deliver an evening of ’60s pop classics, while The Spinners bring their signature blend of soul, R&B, and Motown favorites.
This season’s tribute performances honor some of the world’s greatest entertainers, brought to life by internationally acclaimed tribute artists. Journey from the Heart brings hits from rock super-groups Journey and Heart, and Electric Avenue takes you back to the ’80s with their MTV experience. INVINCIBLE: A Tribute to Michael Jackson pays homage to the King of Pop, while Fan Halen captures the unmatched energy of David Lee Roth’s Van Halen. Fans of Queen can relive the classics with One Night of Queen performed by Gary Mullen and The Works, and Hotel California: The Original Eagles Tribute will perform the timeless Eagles hits fans know and
love.
Family entertainment is plentiful this season at NPAC! Squeaky clean and hilarious comic Mike Goodwin is sure to leave audiences uplifted and entertained. Contemporary Christian artists Big Daddy Weave, joined by Caleb & John and Carly Ann Taylor, will bring an afternoon of worship featuring heartfelt storytelling and powerful anthems. Once again, the Free Community Performance Series will bring three free, family-friendly performances to Greeneville. Gravity: London’s Iconic Leading Ladies features unforgettable songs from Wicked, Broadway favorites, and more. This spectacular musical celebration brings the magic of the stage to life with beloved hits from some of theater’s most iconic productions. The Peking Acrobats will be sure to impress with their spectacular display of awe-inspiring stunts, and the final free show, Erth’s Shark Dive, will take audiences on a tour of the ocean like never before!
Holiday programming includes A Clay Walker Family Christmas Tour, featuring some of Clay’s biggest hits along with Christmas classics, and in the spirit of the season, his family will be part of the celebration with his children joining him on select holiday favorites. Joining the holiday lineup, The Collingsworth Family, with their Christmas by Candlelight Tour, Lightwire Theater’s A Very Electric Christmas, and Chattanooga Ballet returns with The Nutcracker featuring local students alongside their professional company.
Returning favorite Dean Z – The Ultimate Elvis offers a high-energy musical journey through Elvis Presley’s 20-year career. Audience favorites The Isaacs and Brothers of the Heart return to share their signature harmonies and unforgettable performances, with Menopause the Musical® also returning in celebration of its 25th anniversary.
NPAC remains committed to inspiring young minds through the arts. This year’s Arts Education Series includes four engaging performances for students across the region: the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra Young People’s Concert (presented by the Niswonger Foundation), Rosie Revere, Ada Twist, and Iggy Peck: The Questioneers, Lightwire Theatre’s A Very Electric Christmas, and the Peking Acrobats. Registration for the Arts Education Series opens August 3rd.
