The North Greene FFA Agricultural Issues Team prepared for the upcoming regional competition by presenting their arguments in front of the Greene County Education Committee members Monday afternoon at the Central Office.
Team members are Chloe Keys, Hayden Cooter, Heidi Trentham, Emma Grace Meadows, Laura Keffer, Ashley Fulton and Erin Casteel. Their instructor is Chuck Michael.
The FFA competition discusses a current issue in the community. The North Greene group chose the topic of implementing Middle School Agriculture programs in the Greene County School System.
The regional competition is February 22nd at West Greene. The top two in the regional will advance to state competition.
