No injuries, but the driver faces charges after a one vehicle wreck shortly after 9 last night on Old Stage Road near Morning Glory Circle. The Greene County Sheriff’s Department, Greene County EMS and Tusculum Volunteer Fire Department responded.
The wreck report, issued this morning by the Sheriffs Department, says Henry S. Nelson of Chuckey Pike, the driver of the 2012 Nissan, was charged with DUI first offense and violation of the financial responsibility law.
