Traffic in the area of the Tusculum By-Pass and the 11E intersection has been stop and go this morning after a semi overturned shortly after 9:00 am.
There were no reported injuries but the crash did create traffic issues in both directions.
The semi hauling car parts turned onto its side as the driver was turning left from the Tusculum By-Pass onto 11E.
Tusculum Police are on the scene. THP and TDOT are also responding.
