Narcotics and several pieces of drug paraphernalia were found in a local fast food restaurant Saturday.
Around 11:00 AM Saturday, an employee at the Taco Bell on the Asheville Highway called Greeneville Police to report a box of drugs and paraphernalia that had been found in the lobby area.
Officers arrived and took possession of the items, which consisted of two scales, tubing, and two loaded syringes of suspected heroin.
The investigation is continuing.
