With the end of the fiscal year approaching June 30th, the Greeneville City Council plans to begin the process of selecting the next Police Chief.
Items on a busy City Council agenda for Tuesday, May 19th include consideration of approving a service agreement between MTAS and the town to assist in the selection of a candidate for Police Chief to replace the retiring Steve Spano.
Other agenda items include the next step in the hiring of a City Manager. As Radio Greeneville first told you on Friday, six companies submitted their interest in assisting in the job search by the May 13th deadline.
