A motorcyclist was airlifted to an area hospital Tuesday following a crash with another vehicle just after 4:20 pm on Tusculum Boulevard in front of Auto Zone near the Snapps Ferry Road intersection.
A Greeneville Police report indicates Charles D. Harmon, no address listed, was transported by Highlands Air Rescue to the Johnson City Medical Center where his condition this morning is listed as stable. The accident involved the 1994 Harley-Davidson HD operated by Harmon and a 2015 GM Sierra operated by Joseph D. Quinn. The police report indicates Quinn was turning into the Auto Zone parking lot and failed to see the Harmon motorcycle, which then struck the truck.
Harmon was transported by EMS to the Greeneville High practice field nearby to be airlifted for further treatment.

Quinn was not injured. He was cited for failure to yield.
Greeneville Fire also responded to the scene.
